Magic is revealed when we listen to the whispers of our hearts.

The energy of the heart can transform how we feel, act and behave. I love to share simple heart clearing meditations so you can feel grounded and calm. When we feel centred in this way, we can expand and evolve.

In this session we begin with a conversation so I can understand if there is anything weighing on your heart and where you are at. From there I will channel healing energy as I guide you through a short meditation. This meditation not only will reduce stress and calm your nervous system, but it will activate your unique heart energy.
