These sessions are beautifully crafted and designed to support you in reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level, awakening your intuition and bringing awareness to what is ready to shift, release or be understood.
Using Tarot, intuitive guidance and decades of spiritual practice, I hold a calm and supportive space for you to explore what is coming through. Each reading is unique and guided by your energy in the moment.
These readings are not about predicting the future, but about empowering you to feel more grounded, aligned and connected to your own inner knowing.

Reiki & energy Healing
Gentle yet transformative practice to activate your body’s natural healing response.
When we slow down and rest we support our energy to shift and change. Reiki and Energy Healing practices are deeply relaxing and effective approaches to help you feel lighter and brighter.
Each session I work intuitively with your energy. I also include aura cleansing, crystals and sound healing.
Session Details: £70 for 60 minutes

Mindful practices to rejuvenate and restore!
Slow, intentional moments for you to reconnect to your body and breath. The Yoga I teach is empowering and uplifting so you feel your best when you leave the session.
I offer workshops and retreats throughout the year across West Sussex.
